Given the current Covid-19 outbreak we appreciate that many of you may be planning to start moving out of your homes.  As we are now operating with restricted office opening times and specific government guidelines, the process for returning keys has been updated for both your safety and that of our team.

From now until the 22^nd of June our office will be closed and our staff will be operating remotely. If you wish to check out of your property before this date please contact a member of staff by calling our office and we will arrange a suitable time to meet you at the property.

Check outs will be conducted at the property with the following process;

• One member of staff to meet one house nominated tenant only
• Please notify us if you or any of your close family or friends are displaying Covid-19 symptoms prior to your arrival, if this is the case, we will request for you to nominate another housemate
• The property must be fully cleaned and ready to inspect on arrival in accordance with our check out advice
• The tenant to have all other tenant sets of keys present, without all tenant sets we cannot perform a check out

The office will be open and keys to be dropped off directly to our office in Headingley with the following process;

• Call the office and book an appointment to avoid tenant crossover
• Nominate 1 tenant to return all the keys, we will not accept incomplete sets
• Please notify us if you or any of your close family or friends are displaying Covid-19 symptoms prior to your arrival, if this is the case, we will request for you nominate another housemate.

All keys for the property including bedroom door keys (if applicable) must be returned to us by no later than 11am on Wednesday 30th June 2021.
Please note that failure to return keys by this time and date will result in deductions from your deposit for an emergency lock change and replacement keys for the property.
